A global power management manufacturer that offers a connected product portfolio spanning UPS systems, power quality equipment, relays, drives, energy monitoring, and future connected products. As each product line added digital capabilities, leadership realized the growing need for a more scalable approach than building them independently, one product team at a time.

Business Challenges

As connected offerings expanded across UPS systems, drives, relays, and power quality solutions, multiple product teams began implementing similar capabilities independently. While each application addressed a specific business need, common capabilities — identity and access, dashboards, licensing, notifications, and asset monitoring — were increasingly being recreated across programs.
